COMPOSITE POLYMER ROOFINGComposite Polymer roofing materials are made from almost 95% recycled material. The combination of plastic polymer combined with fibre and specialized resins produces a material that is extremely durable and highly resistant to thermal shock, cracking, blistering, peeling or decomposition. Composite polymer also remains unaffected by insect infestation, mould or rot. The manufacturing process of combing plastic polymer and cellulose fibre creates an extremely rigid and durable material with a Category 5 Wind Rating - providing protection from winds of up to 290kmh. It also has a Level 4 (UL 2218) impact test rating that makes it more resistant to hail storms than asphalt, clay tile and other roofing options. Comes with a Class C Fire Rating but can also be installed as a Class A System using Class A underlayment – providing a Class A Fire Rating. Low maintenance, ease of installation, hail resistance, long warranty periods, affordable cost, and ability to replicate the look of slate or cedar combine to make composite polymer one of the fastest growing roofing options on the market. |
