STEP 8 - The Final Evaluation
After we finish your roof - it is important that you and your insurance company check the completed project for the quality of the workmanship and any deficiencies. We go over the work completed in detail and explain all of the terms and what they mean. We encourage you to have an independent third party review and check our work for any errors or omissions.
Your Invoice Explained
Many people hire a roofing contractor for a new roof or roof repair, only to receive a complicated invoice after. What does it all mean? What am I paying for?
We carefully review and explain the final invoice before you sign off on the work. If we have missed anything - we promptly correct it. Unless you requested an upgrade/downgrade in materials used or any hidden problems were uncovered – the estimate price and the final invoice should be the same.
You Shouldn't Have To Be a Lawyer to Read the Invoice
You don't have to hire lawyer to read your invoice or the initial estimate. The final invoice we provide you will be precisely the price we quoted after our initial inspection.
The only exceptions are:
Some roofing problems only become evident after we remove the existing shingles from your roof. We will always inform you without delay of any complications we find. You must approve any additional charges before we continue on your job.
